How To Permanently Remove Emails In cPanel?

You may be required to free up the cPanel Disk space. One of the best ways is to permanently remove emails from your email account which are not needed to free up cPanel disk space. The cPanel provides an inbuilt tool that will remove the emails permanently.

Steps to remove all emails from cPanel account

1. Login to your cPanel account.
2. Under the Emails section, click on Email Accounts.
   
3. On the new page, click on the Check Email button for the email account you want to remove mails.
   
4. You are now on the Webmail Page. Click on the email account (Top right) and select Manage Disk Usage from the drop-down.
   
5. On the new page, click on Manage against the folder you want to remove emails.
   
6. Select All Messages (If you want to remove all emails) and click on Delete Permanently.
   
7. Once done, you will receive a success message.

That’s it. emails are deleted and disk space is freed up.
